01About me
Portrait of Carla Glanville20+ years of experienceCarla Glanville · Registered Psychotherapist · Art Therapist

Welcome, I’m Carla

Professional support that still feels human.

My work is grounded in the belief that each person has strengths, resources and inner wisdom that can emerge in a supportive and compassionate environment. Together, we explore what may be holding you back, discover what can help you move forward and cultivate practical tools for lasting change.

My commitment is that you feel genuinely supported, deeply listened to and truly understood throughout our work together.

For more than 20 years, I have supported youth, adults, parents, couples and families across university counselling, crisis services, trauma-informed care, child and family work, groups and private practice. I now work with clients aged 16 and older navigating a range of concerns and issues.

“You set the pace. I’ll walk alongside you.”
